Food 4 Thought will consult the client and together we will create a personalized menu.  

Chef Benny will meet the client at the grocery store where they will learn how to shop like a chef. Picking out the ingredients that best suit the menu they will be preparing. 

Once back in the kitchen, Chef Benny will teach the client or clients how to prepare, cook and plate their personalized  menu in their own kitchen, with the equipment they have available.  

With the Guidance of Chef Benny, the client or clients will take back command of their kitchen, with their equipment and  empower and prepare them to cook what they want, when they want.
