With Food4Thought’s In-Home Private Chef Services and Catering, Chef Benny will prepare, cook, and serve meals on-site, in the client’s home or chosen venue. Chef Benny can plate and serve coursed meals or present meals buffet-style. Food4Thought specializes in birthdays, parties, date nights, and corporate and special events. We can typically accommodate parties of up to one hundred people.
During the initial consultation, Chef Benny will discuss the client’s desired menu, dietary restrictions, any special requests, and the schedule and location of the event. Chef Benny may also request a visit to the event premises to take stock of available equipment.
Meal preparation will be done in part off-premise. Food4Thought will purchase the ingredients and take them to the Kitchen of Purpose commercial kitchen in Arlington, Virginia, for initial fabrication and preparation by Chef Benny. Chef Benny will then finish, plate, and present the meal in the client’s home or chosen venue. Food4Thought will handle cleanup and storage following the event.

Spend a day with Chef Benny! Learn to stock a pantry, shop like a chef, and cook and plate the meal of your dreams! With guidance from Chef Benny, the client will learn to take command of their kitchen.
During the initial consultation, Chef Benny and the client will create a personalized menu to be prepared, cooked, and plated by the client in their own home.
Chef Benny will meet the client at their home and together they will take stock of available equipment and ingredients. Chef Benny will then take the client to their preferred grocery store where the client will learn how to shop like a chef and pick out the ingredients that best suit the planned menu. Once back in the kitchen, Chef Benny will teach the client how to prepare, cook, and plate their personalized menu in their own kitchen, with the equipment they have available.
